Zaldorf is a Gerudo fishing and logging village on the coast of the Ordona Rifts, on the western coast of Hyrule, approximately 15 miles south of Aslosus.
History[]
Zaldorf, along with the infamous pirate city of Aslosus, is the only Gerudo settlement with access to open water. It was once a thriving southern port supporting the pirate city, but it has dwindled to a small coastal ghost town. A small library and shrine from the glory days of the Empire remains.
The settlement has some of the best access to food and lumber in the entire Gerudo territory, and is famous for producing axeheads used to make axes equally perfect for cutting through a palm or an unfortunate landlubber.
A large cluster of rocks off the coast serves as a local landmark for the port of Aslosus, and a favored place by Gerudo pirate fleets to wreck victims on.
