Valran is a Twili settlement located at the far west of the Palace of Twilight, initially under control of Zant's rebel Twili.
History[]
Originally constructed as a Palace for Twili royalty, a civil war in the distant past left the bastion in ruins and without a ruler. Over time the structure became inhabited by monsters but was later reclaimed and converted into a prison for Twili criminals. It currently serves as the Twili's largest prison, housing many of the recently condemned Bonemold Monks.
Gameplay[]
The prison fortress can be attacked on its western end from the north and south, from the northeast, and from the southwest. Both western entrances merge and move eastwards towards the settlement's plaza, while the northeastern and southeastern passages arch around west and merge with the main corridor. All entrances are gated, are particularly narrow, and will need siege equipment making Valran a very defensible position.
