The Sheikah Captain is Bongo's second-in-command of the Dark Interlopers during the Rise of Ganon.

The Sheikah Captain appears on the summit of Snowpeak with Bongo, observing the results of the battle between Hylian and Blin forces, and informs Bongo that the Interlopers' network of spies knows of Hylian plans to march on Ganon's forces on Death Mountain as he searches for the Triforce. When the individual asks Bongo if they should move to intercept the Hylian army, Bongo refuses and orders them to march the traitorous Sheikah South to Hylia Marine. The Captain response with surprise, asking her why she would let the Triforce risk falling in the hands of the Hylians or Blins, only for Bongo to cryptically respond that the Triforce will be theirs. The captain is not seen again but presumably participates in the Battle at Hylia Marine and is either killed or banished into the Realm of Twilight.
