Tektites are carnivorous arthropods that have adapted to several different environments, most notably as the red Rock Tektites and blue Aquatic Tektites. In large enough groups they will spontaneously pounce on their prey en-masse in hopes of a quick kill. Their lifecycle consists of a larval stage, born from eggs, which then develops into a juvenile and then adult form.
Tektites were one of the many creatures created by the eyes of Iemanis after it was destroyed by Majora.
